Returns
Regarding all product ranges please contact us and we will endeavor to assist with any concerns. We do not accept returns without preapproval from management, please reach out directly on info@beautorium.ie to discuss reasoning for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, registered post with a tracking number and the item returned unopened with seal still intact and in its original state. In the case of faulty goods or other product ranges, contact us directly via email - info@beautorium.ie or Over the phone - 051-301874 and we will advise best course of action.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will email you to let you know it has been received and if your refund has been approved or declined. If you are approved, your refund will be processed in a timely manner, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund is not received, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
Your next point of contact is your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Beautorium Beauty and Skin Clinic, 1A Riverwalk, Inner Ring Road, Waterford,X91EVN3, Ireland Via Registered post only.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is granted, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your geographical location and other conditions out of our control, the time it will take your exchanged product may vary.
We cannot ship any orders unless the correct shipping method is chosen at checkout. If incorrect shipping is selected or “click and collect” in error, we will contact you to advise and may need to cancel the order and get you to reorder online or take payment over the phone for shipping.
We only hold “click and collect” orders for a period of 14 days. After this period we will cancel the order and refund via method originally paid.
Online Orders for Physical Products
We use tracked services for both Standard and Express delivery. Once tracking shows that an order has been delivered to the address provided, we consider the delivery complete.
If you believe your order has not been received despite tracking showing "delivered", please contact us within 7 days. We will advise you also contact an post directly also for an update.
Please note: while we are not liable for parcels that show as delivered but are reported missing, we may, at our sole discretion and without obligation, choose to look at alternative options.
Management reserves the right to update or modify this policy at their own discretion at any time without prior notice.
Managements decision is final and reserve the right to deal with each case at our own discretion.
