Joanne Quinn-Geoghegan

Joanne Quinn Geoghegan is the Founding Director of Beautorium Beauty and Skin Clinic and Beautorium Training Academy. With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Joanne is a highly qualified and skilled therapist and Educator.

Joanne completed her ITEC, CIBTAC, and CIDESCO Beauty, Body, and Complementary Therapy Training at Waterford College of Further Education in 2004. She then went on to set up her own business called 'Pink Lotus Therapies' in 2012 and was nominated for the 'Best New Business Woman' award in the Network Waterford Women In Business Awards in 2013. Joanne later took over ownership of Beautorium in 2017.

Joanne is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the beauty industry. She holds a Degree in Leadership and Operations Management, as well as qualifications in Supervisory Management, Managing people, HR, and Digital Media Marketing.

In addition to her role as the Founding Director of Beautorium, Joanne has been teaching beauty and makeup artistry since 2011. She is also the academy principal and head trainer at Beautorium Training Academy as well as also educating in Waterford College of Further Education. Joanne is a recognised educator for international awarding bodies such as ITEC, CIBTAC, VCTC, and CIDESCO. She played a key role in the establishment and growth of two major private academies in the South East before starting her own training center.

Joanne's expertise lies in advanced aesthetics and skincare treatments. She offers a wide range of beauty and advanced skincare treatments at Beautorium, with a specialization in microneedling, dermaplaning, skin peels, phototherapy, skin and eye booster and fat dissolving injectables, Laser Lipo, exosomes, Laser/IPL and more.

Joanne is known for her passion for the industry and her dedication to staying at the forefront of the field. She has obtained numerous qualifications and certifications in beauty therapy, including a Level 6 continuing education in Skin and Hair Science for the Personal Grooming Industry from University College Dublin and a Certificate in phlebotomy with bloodworks.

In recognition of her achievements, Joanne was awarded the "Lifestyle Leader - Beauty Industry" title by the All Ireland Business Foundation Business All Stars in 2020. She has also been nominated for the Innovator of the Year award in the Villa Maria Women of Vision awards in 2024, along with various other awards for her businesses and team.

Donna Marie Comer

Meet Donna, our Senior Beauty Therapist at Beautorium Beauty and Skin Clinic. Donna obtained her ITEC and CIBTAC qualifications from The Institute of Beauty in Waterford in 2015. She has since expanded her skill set by completing advanced courses in acrylic/gel nails and makeup.

As a Master Lash Extensions Stylist, Donna specializes in Volume lashes and other advanced lash techniques, creating stunning sets of fluffy lashes. She has also collaborated with some of the top hairdressers in the South East for weddings and bridal shoots, showcasing her passion for the makeup industry.

Donna is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the evolving beauty industry and continually enhances her skills. She is trained in Henna Brows, Hybrid Brows, Lash Lift, Brow Lamination, Advanced Waxing, HDbrows, and Threading. Additionally, she is an advanced skincare specialist, offering services such as Dermaplaning, Skin Peels, and Microdermabrasion. Donna is a Dermalogica and Image skin expert, and she also performs Laser hair removal and Skin rejuvenation services at our salon.

Since joining Beautorium in July 2019, Donna has quickly become a valued member of our team and a favorite among our clients. With years of experience working in salons in Waterford, she possesses a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for all things beauty-related.
